These terms apply to the Nidus app. By connecting a Google account or using Nidus, you agree to them.

The software

Nidus is a personal project provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may contain bugs. You use it at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. Do not rely on Nidus as your only copy of your data.

Your accounts and content

• You connect only Google accounts you are entitled to use, and your use of Google Drive remains subject to Google's own terms.
• You are responsible for the files and media you store and stream, and for having the rights to them. Nidus does not provide any media content.
• Keep your pairing codes and device tokens private. You can revoke any paired device in Nidus.

Third-party services

Nidus uses Google APIs and, optionally, the TMDB API for posters and descriptions. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Those services have their own terms.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss of data, loss of access to an account, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Nidus.

Changes and contact
